My background in Engineering initially drew me to work primarily with STEM talent (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), but I have since expanded my expertise to include a broader range of disciplines.
Throughout my journey, I’ve gained valuable insights into what it takes to progress to executive roles and the obstacles that often slow down career growth. By organizing assessment and development centers, observing top talent in action, providing feedback, and offering career coaching, I’ve come to understand not only what is needed but also why it matters.
