Throughout my career, I have led teams both directly and within a matrix structure, bringing together diverse teams across the world (Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, the US, and China). We worked in various setups, creating multidisciplinary, mission-driven teams whenever needed.
Our goal was to foster a culture of collaboration, drawing on the best elements of Agile methodologies (particularly SCRUM), Design Thinking, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement. This blend allowed us to develop our own effective ways of working. The results were highly rewarding!
